We booked the double room with bathroom. I would not class this place as a hotel. Yes it is cheap but I don’t think it warrants what you get. The room is very small and has a wardrobe turned into a bathroom. There’s a constant smell of sewage as well as a flow of bugs in every corner (mostly cockroaches). The aircon is noisy and barely works to cool down the room as well. The location is on a very busy street and there is constant noise. Loud traffic and loud music from 6am every morning. the area also did not feel safe to walk around. Lots of people loitering and staring. Luckily, it’s a ten minute taxi drive to the BGC. Or a 25 minute walk. The location did not match the price you pay. The highlight of the stay was the access to the rooftop pool and gym. It was a nice escape from the sewage smelling cell we slept in. The gym is very basic but again was a highlight. I would note that air con is needed in the gym! The complex is mainly permanent residency which it should be left as. It clearly doesn’t have the means to be classed as a hotel or even a hostel. 2 of the worst nights sleep we have had!

Upon checking in, first thing I noticed was that the floor outside the bathroom was leaking; I don't know if waterproofing needs to be done or what. Also, there's no mat or anything that could be used to dry your feet right after bath. Room is okay for it's price. I wouldn't recommend to book the small room for those staying for more than 3 days. In may case, I booked for 5D4N and I didn't feel comfortable on my second day. I didn't get the chance to fully experience the amenities they offer; the pool, the gym, the quiet room. But I think they should improve the rooms rather than focusing on the stated amenities. On my 3rd day I found two fvxking cockroaches lingering on the wall adjacent to the door and one in the bathroom. Overall, it served its purpose of having a place to sleep but I wouldn't recommend this to my family or any of my friends. I don't know if I got the worst room out of all because I got the room with a discount or what but nonetheless it failed on the cleanliness. Maybe I was unlucky to be placed on the worst room. I will attach some photos I get out of me panicking upon seeing the roaches. Please note that I was disgusted and terrified and the photos are the only ones I could snap.

Checked in. Lasted maybe 3 hours. Most of that time was spent searching for another place to stay. Staying on the 3rd floor, couldn't hear myself think from the music blaring from the street below, with the windows closed and aircon blowing. This was in the middle of the day, not at night where it might be understandable to hear. May as well have been staying in the bar/club/ wherever the music was coming from. Staff acted surprised, denying the existence of a bar or club in the street below, even though previous reviews mention the loudness of noise. Recommended they spend 5 minutes in the room to understand the severity. It's not a joke to say, bring ear protection if you choose to stay here. Concrete corridors at home in parking garage. Cockroaches running under doors when the lights came on. Do not recommend, no matter how budget conscious you are.

We thought this is a hotel but it’s not . It’s a like a residences/condominium for bed spacers. We booked the big room , and we ended up having a small room. But we paid a full price for the big room . I asked the staff about it , but she said there’s no available big room , instead she said we had a bed like the big room had . Which is odd. When we arrived at the place she never mentioned it to us until I brought it up to them. . Good location though, there’s one small restaurants at the area ,pool and restaurant at the top of the building but very pricey. Budget friendly place

Air conditioner wasn't very good at keeping the room cool, so I was sweating. Also a bit noisy with traffic and I got woken up by birds at the window. The room was too small and had no chair. I couldn't sleep well in these conditions. Maybe it's bearable if you're on a budget and want to be near BGC.

Room finishes is not good enough to stay, to much small cockroachs. Aircon need to repair or replace to minimize the sound. You must provide one bedside table.

The hotel was clean and very cheap for a place with free access to gym, work station and a pool. Room didn't have any table and only the towel was provided. Still a 5 star for its amenities and price. Definitely worth the price.
